The businesses I am involved in.

I did not set out to build a collection of companies. Each one started with something I had seen being accepted as normal when I thought it was costing people time, money or trust.

I am involved in each of these businesses. This page explains what prompted each one and the part I play, rather than pretending they are independent recommendations.

They do different jobs. Reclaim Tax UK looks at reliefs businesses may have missed. Keystone AI deals with enquiries that arrive when a team is busy doing the work. Keystone Site keeps a job record together. Gain Momentum gives worthwhile conversations somewhere to go after the first message. In each case, the starting point was the same: somebody was carrying an avoidable problem because the work had no reliable home.

Tax relief and incentives

I built Reclaim Tax UK after seeing how often legitimate tax reliefs were left unexplored simply because nobody had the time or specialist knowledge to investigate them.

Reclaim Tax UK is a specialist tax consultancy that looks at R&D tax relief, capital allowances, land remediation and Patent Box relief. The job is to establish whether there is a genuine claim, explain it plainly and do the work properly.

What I saw

Tax relief is easy to miss when the rules sit outside a finance team's day-to-day remit. A business can be doing qualifying work without recognising it at the time.

UK businesses with projects, property or intellectual property that may have created a legitimate tax-relief opportunity.

AI and customer response

Keystone AI came from a problem I kept seeing in trade businesses: a good enquiry arrives while somebody is on site, then the response depends on memory and spare time.

Keystone AI helps owner-led trade businesses capture enquiries, reply sooner and follow up without asking one person to hold every detail in their head.

What I saw

A business can spend heavily to generate an enquiry and still lose it because nobody has a reliable way to respond, record it and decide what happens next.

Site-to-office operations

Keystone Site started with a familiar construction problem: important job information disappears into WhatsApp messages, camera rolls and conversations that never reach the office.

Keystone Site gives site teams and office staff one job timeline for photos, updates, decisions and sign-off, so the record is there when somebody needs it.

What I saw

When evidence and job communication live in separate places, handovers become guesswork and it is hard to establish what happened, who agreed it and what is still outstanding.

Gain Momentum is built around a simple observation: worthwhile conversations are easy to start and surprisingly easy to lose when follow-up lives across personal inboxes and memory.

Gain Momentum brings LinkedIn outreach, inbox management and follow-up into one place for businesses that want to stay in touch without turning people into a list of transactions.

What I saw

Potential customers and partners fall through the gaps when the next conversation depends on one person's notes, inbox habits or recollection of what was agreed.

Who it is for

Businesses that rely on thoughtful, long-term conversations and need a more dependable way to keep track of them.

What I am trying to avoid

A good business should not run on memory, workarounds or crossed fingers.
