The problem I needed to solve

I needed somewhere to put an enquiry, the conversation around it and the next action. When those pieces sit in different tools, the customer is left waiting while people work out who is doing what.

Why I chose this tool

It puts pipeline stages, forms, calendars, email, SMS and workflow automation in one place. I chose it because that gives a team a visible hand-off instead of a chain of subscriptions and assumptions.

How I use it

I use it around lead capture and follow-up. An enquiry arrives, the response can be triggered and the next action is visible without asking someone to remember every chase.

What it does well

  • Keeps the customer record, pipeline and follow-up activity together.
  • Makes SMS-heavy follow-up and review requests easier to structure.
  • Can replace disconnected subscriptions when the process genuinely needs them.

What frustrates me

  • It needs considered setup; an empty account is not an operating system.
  • The interface can feel busy, especially when a team is learning it.
  • Complex automation still needs named ownership and regular review.

Who I think it suits

Service businesses with a real lead-to-sale process and enough enquiry volume to benefit from follow-up.

Who should probably avoid it

A business that only needs a simple contact list, or a team with no one responsible for its upkeep.

Alternatives worth considering

HubSpot, ActiveCampaign.

Pricing context

Compare the total cost of the tools it replaces and the time needed to run it. Check current plans with the supplier.

My current verdict

Powerful when it is built around the real customer journey. It is not a shortcut around unclear process.
